PeterField Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 I shall be somewhere around Cosford later to make sure i see it, been hoping all week this would happen. For anybody who's never seen the Vulcan in flight it really is an unbelievable sight, well worth trying to take a look later with such clear skies forecast.
lummo Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 I remember my Dad taking me to RAF Waddington to see the Vulcan when it was being decommisioned. Fabulous plane. Didn't see it today though. Pity.
SkyBlue Posted September 30, 2012 Author Posted September 30, 2012 Saw it At Coventry, awesome sight and sound, tipped its wings to the crowds as it flew over the airport before banking right and head off towards Brum.
