Mark H
I've noticed a lot of people dont know what the "Topic tags" are when creating a new topic: Topic description - The title of the thread. Topic tags - A list of up to ten tags of special keywords related to the thread, these are comma seperated and can be multiple words in length. This feature gives the ability to 'tag' content with special keywords and then find other content tagged with the same keywords, so for example if you had problem with steam coming from your radiator, you may start a topic and choose some keywords like: steam, radiator, If several people had used those tags then at the bottom of the topic when you posted it you will see all related topics that also use at least one of those keywords. If we start using these properly it could really help users find relevant information without having to search for other topics. It also allows us to create specific tag threads like this one for Silverstone automatically containing all relevant topics regarding Silverstone. http://www.midlandslotus.co.uk/forum/tags/forums/Silverstone/ Any topics started from now on with tags that are not relevant i.e. not a tag but a description or comment will have the tags removed.
