Warning Points

What are they ?

 

Why have I got something below my post count under my rating that says "0 warning points"

Other people don't have any [so I assume they also have 0], unless they're only visible to the member concerned.

 

Have I been bad and had a warning that's since been withdrawn and the flag is still set ?

 

 

 

 

More importantly, is it something I should be aiming to get loads of ?

Warning points now = 1 ?
