Noise When Putting Clutch In

I've developed a grinding/ "schhhurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" noise when I put my clutch in as the gear is engaging this morning, heard it slightly coming home yesterday can hear it clear when engine is cold but when it eventually warms up it doesnt sound like its there

 

any ideas? Also it seems to be harder getting into 1st and 2nd now and yesterday at one put it wouldnt go into 2nd

Tell me about it, its peeing me off, clutch is on its way out, pedal has become really soft, its in for new clutch thursday. Probably cause I abuse the clutch too much, struggles to go in 1st and 2nd at the moment. On the plus side nearly every component on the car is new or uprated lol, but we do have these daft british sports cars dont we
