LOL! yep dashed to get to the PC for when the track slots went 'live' at 8pm... as did everyone else and the server melted till 7am the next morning!

Dr H - there is a special rule concerning 340Rs I am afraid. They are only allowed if the organiser (that would be me) is given a little passenger run in them just to make sure everything is tickety-boo.

if you dont know he worked at Lotus in the first half of the 1960s and was chief designer, his most famous Lotus design being the Lotus 38 which won the indianapolis 500 in 1965

Terrier I like your Len Terry idea, but it probably lends itself better to an evening do, with Len as an after dinner speaker. Maybe we could try and organise such a do for later on in the year. Maybe a dinner dance type affair. We could maybe ask one or two other Lotus notables to speak too.

I dunno if others on here would fancy such an evening or not. We would also need an organiser......
