I Lost My Fuel Cover Cap! :(

When refueling my car i forgot to put back on the filler cover cap...

i only discovered it today (i refueled yesterday night)..

went tu the fuel station but the cap wasn t tehre..

someone stole it...

 

can anyone help me to find out the serial number of the replacement from lotus site?

i searched for it but i couldn t find it and i need to order a new one

 

on the lotus site i just find the non-lockable one while i want the one i had , the standard elise 111 mk1 filler cap

Eek, they're not cheap, be prepared to get a shock. For now though I think the main fitment is from a jeep (or a triumph motorcycle)

Bummer. Does the petrol station have CCTV? If you explain the cost of a new cover to them, they may be able to spot the light-fingered b*stard...

You could post a "wanted" on here, SELOC, BCBBS, etc - hardened track day guys often change them for a non-locking version and may have the original kicking around.

 

Part number is A111L0026J (locking) or A111L0043S (non-locking).
