Updating Profile Pic

Hey,

 

I'm trying to update my profile picture but everytime I do, it just reverts back to the old one... Help?

Its a bit of a bug that a fix is on the way for.

 

All images etc get cached by an external set of servers to make the site quick, when you update your profile photo then there is a bit of code that should tell those servers it has changed and to re-cache it. That bit of code is broken and so your seeing your old cached image, I have manually refreshed the cache for now so it should appear.

 

A fix should be on the way shortly for it, alternatively I think it re-caches automatically every 24 hours.

What message do you get? How big in size and dimensions is the image itself?
