Click on the green icon to give positive reputation and the red to give negative. This should hopefully reward people who help the community and make quality postings.

 

You have a maximum of 3 reputations to give a day.

Just to add that reputations are now listed against your name on every post so you can see who the most helpful members are and which are the most helpful posts.
