I "was driving next to" an Audi TT quattro and there was nothing in it from 50 up to about 100 (when we had to slow down).

 

Was rather chuffed

I had a 'race' with one down a dual carraigeway and floored it from an island and left it for dead!

 

Plus when I drove my brothers 225 it felt no where near as fast as mine, even after you'd waited for the turbo to cut in - nasty

Would never buy a Renault or Peugeot - their cheap which means they're popular with the boy-racers. Seeing a scary amount of 172's being driven twattishly and by baseball capped youths despite the insurance group.

 

Besides the fact I just dislike French cars with the exception of the 106XSi and S1 Rallye
