Laura Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 No prob, good job I asked!! I'll still put a few of my own ground level shots on anyway, not bothered about copyright on them - they're not that good! @Scott - Don't worry, I'd never add any picture without asking... that's just wrong! @ElisaLaura - Followed you off the airfield, love your number plate... but got me thinking... is it a simply just "a cool word", or a surname, or something to do with a job?! Am always curious with this stuff... The NY**E number plate is to do with a surname - most people assume I am just trying to tell everyone what I wear to bed though
Sonya Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Excellent, will there be the original size hi res photos available? Stretched over a 40" 1920 x 1080 screen they look terrible, plus I want to see how well you can see everyone . Cheers Phil Phil, give me chance, I'm not recovered from Saturday yet ! The 'official' one will have the MLOC logo and event date on and text to list all participants that signed in (hence the need for a signing in sheet). I don't know what resolution it will be yet, or it's size as it's not gone through design yet. We are also hoping to produce some photos courtesy of www.verticalview.co.uk (thanks to MLOCer evilutions) which was the high level mast camera photography we had on site, clicking away while we set up. Sonya
insanity Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 The number plate is to do with a surname - most people assume I am just trying to tell everyone what I wear to bed though Well... I was going to ask whether you posed in underwear for catalogues at first... but as a first question to someone you've not previously met, I could well have ended up with a black eye - off you, or your partner, or both... Never one to think prior to speaking... PS. Have I seen you driving in the Beaumont Leys area?!
Half Colin Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Colin - I'm organising a convoy on the Sunday morning, you should tag along if you can. Details here. Thanks Jon, I won't hijack this thread but will look at the details later.

Sonya I can imagine after organizing saturday . Didn't mean to seem like i'm rushing for the photos, i'm not at all, was just wondering if the full resolution ones will be available to everyone. Would be nice to zoom into the original photos . Phil
Laura Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Well... Never one to think prior to speaking... PS. Have I seen you driving in the Beaumont Leys area?! I think the question would have gone down well Yes I live in Syston so drive along Ansty Lane to get home, hope I have been driving well when you have seen me.

PeterField Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Wow!!! What a great turnout, those pics look amazing. Gutted i couldn't make it along to take part in this (V Festival was bloody good though!) especially after all the effort that had been put into organising it - well done guys!
Dredd123 Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 I know lots of other have already said it but top job by the organisers and everyone who helped on the day . Thanks to the chap with the reflective yellow police jacket thingy + "I Am The Stig" t-shirt on who got me onto the bottom right of the "C" at the very last minute (black Exige S2). Cheers, Dave.
Jo23 Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Wow, just seen the pics, they look amazing. Can't wait to zoom in on my car and see me in my matching jacket ! Where did the police jacket come from, didn't you have police tape there too? I wish i'd had Liam's police fleece jacket with us to put on, it was blooming freezing! Wouldn't have matched my car though .

Steve J Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Looks like you've got the front cover for the 2009 Calendar. Sorry couldn't be there, looks like a huge turn out. Well done Sonia et al for organising another sucessful MLOC event.
