jaydubya
This has probably come up before, but any suggestions as to a broadband supplier? I'm with Demon at the moment, and although the service is bulletproof (down once in about 4 years, and that was BT's fault but Demon handled it anyway), i'm paying £25 a month - £7 more than they're charging new subscribers for the identical package. I'm obviously narked that my 10 years loyal custom is being rewarded in this way (used them for dial up before bb), so i'm shopping around. I need 8mb down minimum, up doesn't matter that much, and no monthly cap (no, not porn). I don't care about web space or mail addresses etc. as i don't use them. O2 is the cheapest i can find (Link)- any experiences or suggestions for other suppliers? Any advice appreciated, j
Carlylove
The grass is not always greener and although you are paying more than the offers to entice new clients (hey! we all miss the sales) you may make a move you will regret. From what you say their service record is impecable and I personally would stay with them to ensure I get the service I have become accustomed to. Reward THEM for the good service they have given you over the years. Cheap is sometimes just that, CHEAP!
