Pretty sure the code is also on a sticker on the inside front compartment, next to wiper motor cover.

I was actually thinking about using the Dulux "Find the colour, we'll match it" then just painting it by hand with a brush - you know, for the "hand built, hand painted" effect

 

And does anyone know how you "buy" the paint, as such? Maybe this bloke can get it, otherwise, I'll have to supply him with it. Gotta be enough for an entire clam...will Lotus supply it? How is it supplied?

Whilst surfing the Net, I came across a more comprehensive list of Lotus paint codes than is on Elisefaq. Not sure if theres a section where it can be stored on here Beefcake?

The guy who did mine said that colour for colour, most makes are compatible with one another. The different one is DuPont. Lotus use DuPont paints so your guy MUST use DuPont to get a match.

Thats probably why he was struggling I did give him the dupont code this afternoon, he said he thought that might be the one he was after!
