The jacket has never been worn and is in as new condition. It is a water resistant, light-weight jacket and benefits from zipped pockets and has the Gold Leaf logo on the chest, a type 72 roundel on one arm and the ACBC Victory silhouette on the other. Down the right arm, the words Racing for Britain is embroidered and on the back, just underneath the collar, is a small Union Jack flag. This jacket was created to celebrate the type 72 by Classic Team Lotus and can be found in their website shop. http://shop.classicteamlotus.co.uk/gold-leaf-team-lotus-jac… The size is Large (46 - 48") This item is priced on Classic Team Lotus's website at £66 inc postage however I would accept £45 + Postage Thanks for looking. Cheers Mark

  2. It’s not often I feel inclined to write a review but I’ve just taken delivery of my refurbished Lotus Elise S1 wheels & impressed would be an understatement. Right from my first contact with them I knew I was dealing with a professional business that take pride in providing an exceptional service. Anyone that knows me would say I’m a perfectionist & like other Lotus owners I will only trust my car with those that will treat it like its their own, Russ & his team gave me confidence that this would be the case right from the get go. I had concerns about what powder coating might do to my wheels because there had been reports that it could affect them but Russ clearly explained the process & gave me reassurance that it wouldn't be a problem. I settled on a smoked chrome colour & once I saw the finished wheels I was amazed at the quality of the workmanship, it needs seeing to be appreciated & the attention to detail will no doubt embarrass many other wheel refurb companies in the area. I'm chuffed to bits with them & the colour really adds to the look of my car. I've also agreed to book my wife's car in & do my best to promote his business as much as I can. If any of my fellow MLOCers are looking for a wheel refurb in Northamptonshire I'd thoroughly recommend them. https://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/locations/northampton/ Cheers Mark P.S. I'm not affiliated to this company in any way but I feel I need to highlight this due to a number of sceptics on other forums insinuating that I am. I have however received a price reduction on my wheels for spreading the word. Anyway I do hope this might be of use to some of you.

  11. I thought I'd share my experience of Essex Autosport. After a good few years of my S1 being garage bound & gathering dust I decided to take the plunge & get it repaired but this time with something a lot more reliable & something that would give me the buzz I had when I first bought her. So after trawling the forums reading lots of posts about conversions I decided to have an N/A Honda done & eventually settled on EA. I gave them a long list of things to do & after eight weeks I collected her this morning. I can't thank Andy, Tony & the rest of the team for building me such a fantastic car. Since picking it up I've spent all day driving everywhere just for the hell of it & I can't wait to do it all over again tomorrow, I just can't stop grinning. The surprise on the bumper huggers faces when I pull away is priceless & it's even better when they take forever to catch up. The engine is just amazing & feels so smooth, it's happy cruising along in sixth & eager to give you a punch in the back when needed. The Nitron Street Series & geo have transformed the handling & it feels better than it's ever done. The attention to detail on the install is way beyond what I expected with loads of little things done without asking & all FOC as well. The level of customer service from day one through to collection has been exceptional & the regular emails Andy sent with step by step photos of the work done just gave me bags of confidence that my car was in the best hands. I know it's not cheap but if you are in the position to have this conversion done then go for it, you won't regret it. I just wish I'd done it sooner. Suffice to say I'm one very happy customer
  12. Hi all Struggling to add the pics so I have put they in my gallery. Miles I've lost my personal mobile so missed your call. I'll call you over the weekend if that's ok Regards Livy
  13. Hi All Well as promised here are the photos of the conversion and the final result. Took a trip to Goodwood FOS and the car performed faultlessly even having to sit in traffic for nearly two hours on the journey down. I did notice that the revs were fluctuating from 1000-1500rpm and Andy at EA is looking into this for me but other than that I'm loving it and taking every opportunity to go for a drive even though the weather is crap. I've added the pics to my gallery and added them below
  14. Hi Guys thanks for all the positive comments. I'll do a write up & post some pics soon, its been a busy start to the week so haven't had much chance but I'm heading down to Goodwood on Friday with Mrs Livy for the weekend so planning to do a mini road trip write up then. It would be great to meet up with fellow Honda Elise MLOCers, if any of you are heading down to Goodwood it would be nice to put a faces to the names. Believe me I feel like I know you all already with the amount of post reading I've done of the last year. As with EA a lovely group of people. Andy had warned me of the VTEC bark and I wasn't quite prepared for it when it first kicked in..............I can't get enough of it
