I sat in the passenger seat while one of the instructors - Jan - took us round at a relatively sedate pace for him. (He didn't want t break my car.)

First video I've processed from the day, the ace chicane on the start finish straight. Tried out a few different camera positions, including removing the rear view mirror. Quite like the centre shot, although I do seem to lean in around corners a lot lol More to come soon (after the house move this weekend! )

A lap of the 'Ring recorded at the Lotus RSR Event last summer. Using a two-camera Racelogic Video VBox system. A few teething troubles (my first time out with this kit), so the digital speedo clips the '1' at anything over the ton, and I din't have the GPS splits setup or the mics positoned very well. Hence no laptime and too much wind roar. But apart from all that it still looks pretty good (I think).

Thu 1st April with Lotus on Track. My little clone Muvi cam (£23 incl an 8GB Class 6 Micro SD card) performed great for what it cost me so I'm very pleased with the footage. First a few laps following S1 Steve in his standard K series Blue S1 on road tyres and std S2 suspension Then a few laps following Jonathan (Balboa), bit of flame at 3min3secs too, in his purple(Aurbergine?) S2 Exige S. (The 2nd lap behind him was my 3rd fastest of the day too, much easier to chase than to be chased ) I have plenty more footage including a couple of spins which I might put up when I have some spare time.

Some driving prowess from the guy who got me into the whole Honda thing. Some say he has a tatoo of the MLOC logo on his chest and that it glows when the vtech kick in. All we know is, he is Dan the man!! name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>&"> name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwa…

Went to Castle Coombe a few weeks ago to watch the Action Day. Some nice cars (Zonda, F40 etc) and a lot of chavs. Here's a short video of the drifting, the guys are insane. We saw their tyres afterwards and they were wrecked.

Certainly different and I thought it was pretty good, but then again, I can't even do Karaoke!
