StokieAfro
Hi All, What is the general consensus on addressing scuffed door sill panels on an S2. There seems to be plenty of option on the bay but has anyone actually tried these, or do they look chuff? Is the only real way to get them looking fresh and genuine to buy new ? Cheers Steve
Steve J
Or get yours recovered in alcantara or other material.
winthattt
Magic sponges do a pretty good cleaning job. If the spray on textured paint is damaged there is little you can do other than live with it. I am not keen on the look of wrapping, leather or fabric covers. That's down to personal choice.
Bryno
What covers do you have the hard plastic type or the softer grey coated ones (where the coating peels off)? I don't normally like much aftermarket, but Allon White can make some really nice leather covered ones to match whatever finish your seats are, that's my plan when they get too scruffy. Carbon effect vinyl wrapped isn't my cup of tea but seems a popular cheap option.
