Steve G
New XF R-Sport? If so, really nice. I had one as a loan car while my V8 XF was in the garage (nothing major as it turned out, just a warning light that was a bit too eager in the cold weather!). Really liked what they'd done to the new XF to bring it up to date. Hope you enjoy yours. I came straight back and spec'd one on their configurator, but it was coming out at £65k and that was being 'light' on the options list. Might have to wait a while for me - and of course, needs a V8 in the line-up too...

dobbo
Had it a week now. Chuff me, it's f*cking quick. I did my favourite "just popping out to dry off the Elise after washing it" route and I didn't dare go past 1/2 throttle Even Clarkson liked it... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ovOh58UBWOs 6.00+ for The Stig's lap. Steve G
When you're feeling brave, at about 3/4 throttle travel there's a stiffness to the pedal as though you've reached full pedal travel. You haven't! Keep pressing and things get even more mental..! Glad you're enjoying yours.

Hints of wheelspin before the traction control reigns things in. Must try again with the safeties off :-)
