kieranexige
Evening all, So at the moment I'm running a hyundai I40 tourer as my company car. The cars 15 months old and so far I've clocked 36,000 miles. Turns out today it's needs a new engine. I noticed the past few weeks when I've checked the car over the coolant was low. I topped it up and checked the oil levels and under the filler, all ok. Booked the car in early for its 40,000 mile service to get them to check it out whilst it's in and turns out the blocks porous!! Good news is its all under the 5year warrenty. Bad news it's going to take 5 weeks so it looks like a hire car for me for the near future. Great.
scatty
Oh god, I do hope they get you a "blue" replacement... You'll be livid if they don't....
John FISH Curtis
Its covered under warranty, you'll get a new engine, its only five weeks and they will lend you another. Try owning a Mercedes, I'm on my third in 18months, one only lasting 740miles.

Yeah it dosnt bother me to much just the fact all the cars I've had previously have all had 100k plus no issues.... 36k in and I need a new engine...... Friday afternoon build.
