Oil Cooler Recall Dilema

I'll start by saying how gutted I am that I can't make Chatsworth this weekend. I'm envious of you all but wish you all an awesome event.

 

To my quandary.... I've had a recall notice for my 111R for the oil cooler hose so I need to take her in.

My closest dealer is Christopher Neil. Alot of people here rave on about them but I must be the 1 in 10 who has had a negative experience there, so much so I swore never to go back. I'm in Staffordshire and wondered what my options are other than trusting CN with my pride and joy.... any suggestions welcome.

I took mine to Lotus Silverstone for the oil cooler recall - very professional, helpful & loaned me courtesy car.

Allon White Lotus service centre have done this work give them a call as well .

Silverstone saves the day and squeezed me in on my week off begining of August...

I dropped mine off Saturday morning to be completed. Should be ready to be collected Tuesday tea time..

 

Nice of them to sort me out a courtesy car as well, only an a4 but it's blooming comfy and nice to drive.... :-)
