Rad Or Hose Gone?

I pulled up at work tonight after sitting in traffic and Lot's of steam from the front with loads of water from under the front. It had a full service from Lotus when I got it 4 months ago and it came with a years warranty so what is it and should I get the RAC to take it home or straight to my Lotus indi? On nights so can't do anything till the morning. Thanks in advance.

Not what you want to hear but sounds like a rad failure to me

Is it still the plastic end capped unit?

Hi jako, probably the radiator. Don't drive it without coolant as you will damage the engine. Where are you based? Rac warranty should cover a replacement.

Hose popped off or knackered rad.

The rad has gone so it looks like a nice new alloy one for me. I was thinking of getting it changed before it went anyway and would have done it my self but as it has warranty and I think it covers the rad I may as well let the garage do it.
