Changing A Headlamp Bulb

I have owned elises and exiges now for a few years but have never had to change a headlamp bulb.

 

Can anyone tell me is it an easy / straight forward job to do on the Exige S240?

 

I am wanting to avoid calling a main dealer to demonstrate my complete mechanical / electrical ignorance.

Have you had a look at the techwiki on SELOC?

Did the job on my Exige, pretty sure I followed a guide from somewhere....  Its certainly more of a job than normal cars.

 

Taking the wheel off and wheel arch lining out makes the job a whole lot easier.  Certainly a straight forward job, just undoing of bolts etc.  I was changing HID headlights, so normal bulb change would be easier.

easy ant , turn wheel in lock ,look under wheel arch you see 3 big ish screws , undo them and lamp will be loose , pull headlamp cover off, you will see the bulbs then

Yes he's spot on , I have had it you change bulb still won't work if that's the case it's the switch controller , sits just behind speedo binnacle.retainin screws are either flat head or 4-5 mm Allen bolts

Only had the chance to look at it this morning. Can't see any screws unfortunately. Do I need to remove the plastic wheel arch liners to see / access them? Ant
