06 Exige Heater Control Illumination

These have never lit up, and i guess they should?

 

Found this thread on lotustalk http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/f313/backlighting-hvac-controls-84985/index2.html, but don't know how much applies to this country?

 

Anyone else had this problem?

 

Going to take them apart this weekend and make sure all the connections etc are ok
