Alex B
Alex, some nice stuff on that website. Any idea what thickness the original is? Ideally hoping to get something that has the same properties but thinner than original? Off the top of my he'd the standard is around 15mm thick. Alex, have a look at dan webster honda conversion thread. Dan showed how and what needs to be done. On Seloc, there is the thread from stef (zero something) who rebuilt his s160 which was Dan's car for a while Will do thanks Bill.
AlanS1
I quite like the Kevlar stuff that is in their web site. However I will have a closer look when I get back. Can't see that great on the phone really. Any idea how much is needed?

AlanS1
Any more suggestions? I have quickly measured what is on the car. 12 mm thick 640 mm x 1400 mm (approx) required Also the original stuff also helps protect the fuel filler neck. The gold stuff looks very bling if done correctly, but how would you use that to do the filler neck? Leading towards either the kevlar stuff (probably really over kill) http://www.agriemach.com/c7-heat-and-sound-insulation/c231-kevlar-heat-barrier/c232-kevlar-heat-barrier/p1358-kevlar-heat-barrier-26-x-40 or just this stuff http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/p-1545-aluminised-heat-barrier.aspx If i find noise a issue i will just insulate inside the bulkhead.
