One of the ones I'm off to look at has a CR box but it might already be spoken for.

One of my mates specialises in Honda Type R engines and gearboxes.  He could source you a very decent set of bits if you're brave enough to bin the idea of staying with a K series.  He's currently building an N/A engine with a target output of around 250 to 260 bhp.

If money wasn't an issue I would be honda conversions are just a little bit too pricey.

If the jen yes last until Monday I might treat myself. Need to pay for the engine first.

If you want big spec, you'll need the pistons as well.  The VVC / Trophy 160 ones aren't really good for much more according to Dave Andrews.
