kieranexige
Hi all, As some of you may know I'm getting stuck into my exige this winter and have already started building a parts pile. I have just bought quicksilver exhaust, 308mm front discs and belled rears. New pads and a pro alloy intercooler setup & hel brake lines. All prep for when it goes in for the 260. Engine mount inserts, alloy rad / fan upgrades are next on my list. I have read that to do the front lines it's a clam off job is that right. I read somewhere that it can be done but it's a pain in the arse? Going to make a start in the next few weeks along with a wishbone refresh whilst in there. Thanks in advance Kieran

Thanks in advance Kieran Gav does the front hoses with the clam on but has made some tools up to make life easier. Easiest way is clam off, might as well do then when you do the rad. Christopher Lawless
Think hoses are around 2 hours labour just had my s1 ones done to save me the agro. He also did my 111r hoses Gav charged me 6 hours labour to fit my hoses and flush through the old fluid with fresh stuff. He had the front clam off to do it so I got my tow eye mount done at the same time.

Only did the tow eye mount because the clam was coming off anyway. Gav was saying that the S2 abs system is a pig for trapping air.

Yeah I remember him saying that when he did mine.
