Lee
After pressing the button to set the alarm, the doors lock and indicators flash as normal. But then after a few seconds I get a continuous tone.... Any ideas what is going on?
@ndy
Mine does this if it can't arm, Is there a door open, engine cover or front access cover, possibly a faulty switch ?

@ndy
Also check the connection to the interior sensor mounted between the seats on the rear bulkhead, it's a simple plug similar to a telephone RJ11 type

Lee
Nothing seems to have worked as yet.... changed the batteries in the fob too. Door switches activated the interior light OK.
Lee
Quick question.... does the engine cover activate the interior light when opened?

Lee
ahhh just thought it would be an easy way to see if the connector was working. I am right in assuming that if both doors operate the light then the alarm sensors should be working? So I can say it the engine cover that isn't.
