Javelin were good Chris, but we stayed on the "old" Outer Circuit all day.

I thought that my car was quite noisy! But after that short vid its very quiet compared to Russ. (his does sound awesome though)

 

Its also interesting to see how different we all take the corner and get back on the power. A great day and cant wait to get back on track.

Russ' car had on the worst back tyres known to man! On my first lap driving it I went in to a corner at what I thought was seven tenths; turned out the back boots thought it was eleven tenths! That caught my attention!

To be fair it was always his intention to use them up on the day and then replace them.

I'll have a go at doing it by eye first. It worked when I did the crankshaft oil seal.

Hi Russell - Well we was right, but i am very surprised that we could not hear something with the engine running? I have never seen one fail like that before. Is it a standard friction plate or up rated?

I bought it as an up rated kit, Borg & Beck IIRC.
