amoss
Evora electric window switches are from Mondeo. (all Evoras have power fold mirrors, just change the switch if "yours doesn't have them".)

amoss
Is that really true? Mine ain't got power folding Absolutely! First noticed about 4 years ago when I used to help out at Peter Smith's. Parts list only has a right mirror and a left mirror, and the Evora Extras brochure of that time listed a part number (A132M6068F) for an upgrade to power fold which was a switch. The Ford part number is 1S7T-17B676-AA. Used on Mondeos and others with power fold mirrors. Link to Techwiki on Seloc with instructions http://wiki.seloc.org/a/Power-fold_Mirrors Also documented on TLF.
Steve J
S1headlights are Renault 4 IIRC Proves you don't need to produce your own bespoke parts to make a good car. I wonder if part printing will mean low volume manufacturers can make their own at reasonable cost or will that just mean spare parts will be manufacturer only and cost you a fortune? chrislane
Is that really true? Mine ain't got power folding I think G told me he had done this. Also plenty in TLF have done it. £10 part from eBay and easy fit as I understand it.
Stik
That's pretty crazy, £300 for a switch to run hardware that's already there

S1 3rd brake light is Saab Wiper mother Citroen, (many say ax but I understood it was actually the ax) Areal corsa (but with different end to coax) Exhaust mgf (but with different exit pipes) I do like the ford escort key on the evora It's also same key as the ford fiesta - I think the indicator stalks on the evora are from the ford transit / ford Mondeo aswell
amoss
Just orded my Mondeo part, this will definitely work then?Lots of people have done it apparently. The SELOC wiki has the instructions but take care not to damage the leather round the switch.Several references on TLF.

I put a thick towel on the leather and prised out the old switch with a large flat screwdriver. You will see where the spring retainers are on your new switch.
