What's everyone's thoughts on the new sounds of F1 cars?

The Ferraris don't have a knob, so does that mean they compensate in other areas ?????

Personally I thought the cooler blowers they used on the torro Rosso sounded better than the cars

Oh dear, thats not good. Not quite the same is it, lots of turbo whistle.

 

Why do the Ferraris have King Arther's sword sticking out of the airbox? and whats with the dildos stuck on the others

I'll be honest that the last few f1 races I went to I found the previous cars too loud (and I love a loud exhaust!). Everyone had to have ear defenders on.

 

From what I've heard on ted's notebook of the tests, I think on full throttle down the straights the new cars sound ok.

Let's be honest: the new cars look and sound ***t. I purposefully went to a race last year to savour the sound of the V8's.

F1 has made several large backward steps n my opinion
