Mark H Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Lotus spokesperson insisted that the application stemmed from a supplier grievance that was actually settled amicably some weeks ago. Due to the nature of the legal process, however, the action still has to be heard in court. ‘It’s business as usual up here,’ they added. Lotus’s spokesperson insisted that employees had been informed of DRB-Hicom’s future strategy, and that everyone was ‘fully motivated’. Apparently its Art GP who are the supplier, they had a partnership with Lotus regarding the GP2 and GP3 teams that Bahar and chums setup and which has been chopped.
