Been for a pre track day check at gav's and have a wheel bearing on the way out but ok, big issue is the crack in the rad So now have two tickets for Blyton park for sale 9th march this Saturday.

Your really not having much luck. Get it all out of the way now ready for the summer. Is it having a weekend stay????? It's a good job you went or it could have been interesting at blyton...

My problem lies with the warranty company being funny about paying for it due to having recently had a head gasket replacement, so are going to send an engineer out to have a look... The other problem is Gav is off on holiday Thursday afternoon till Tuesday. Numbnutz Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Ah Warranty ppl - I see. Well at least you have one. If it was just a matter of fitting one yourself - I've my old S2 rad sat around. Ask for an upgraded full ali rad and pay the difference (speak to the garage not the warranty ppl). Must be a good 6 hour job that, maybe more if you have aircon (like me - or like I did before the old condensor fell apart when I removed it.) But yeah - get it all fixed under warranty whilst you still can. If its split, its split. Does replacing stuff before it breaks count? Does it have to break and be fixed in the same year? (My Astra would defo win if it was allowed to enter)

I know he's very thorough in his job, so I'm sure he will check downstairs to see if all is it should be..... :-) Alex, if I were you I'd be phoning Christopher Neil's and having a right go at them... To say they are a main dealer is a bit of a joke, or the person who did the work on it up there.... It'll be as good as new when you get it back though, gav's is the best place for it.... Oh and I've nicked your sparco gloves, very nice..... :-)

I believe Gav has spoke to warranty company again today in order to get the engineer out to have a look. Once it's sorted I'll be giving CN a ring. Got other stuff to sort out first, like getting rid of this TD tickets or seein if I can swap for a different date.
