Just browsing the car albums... and saw this...



That's Winnats pass, isnt it? I drove down there this morning and was trying to stop in what looks like exactly the same place for a pic - but couldnt cause of a bemer up me bum. I had just stopped above it and got this one and a few others:



The fog was half way up winnats and I thought getting a few shots of the Elise in the curly mists would've been great, but anyway...

I can't take the credit for the shot but the location i can, it was taken by a guy who goes by the name chard remains, he's on facebook under chard remains photographical, he's also on instagram.  If you're local PM me your mobile number and i'll shout next time comes out with his camera. If you see the sunday night meet/free photo shoot you'll see what else turned up, and DeanB informed me that EVO magazine shot at that location recently, in the current edition i think

Hope Valley looks amazing mist covered, great photo too BTW

Also, keep an eye out on here for the results of Sundays photo-shoot, a mixture of night/day shots due over the next few days

Good info - & DAMN! I live about 3mins drive from winnats, could've EASILY got a pass out for an hour or two. Damn Damn Damn.

Anyways, will watch out for pics. Mob PMed!

Hey there L7YSE thanks for liking the picture that one is one of my faves of IGYW's exige totally spur of the moment 'let try our luck at blocking the road' which we were disturbed by traffic lol on the other hand he did mention your picture with the fog and my word that looks mint! Really like it like he said its like your on top of the world well nice

well my pic was taken by my 9 yr old with an iphone, whilst blocking a horse box towing land rover - well thats my excuse for the crap quality
the drive this morning was epic tho - come on mlocer's more photos of winnets pass

Would've replied sooner but for a very full weekend and wanting to put up more than 2words that mobile phones easily allow.... (li'l one's first day at school prep, went to 'Connor's Day', visited inlaws etc etc etc)

Chardremains, cheers for that. Your gallery is mint. I am all over that HDR mode, love it - and what a great selection of cars too. Very nice turnout. If u do it again I'll very much try and make it.

& Rick, another quality pic! Love the fact that your 9yr old was blocking a horse box!! They're always soooo slow making everyone wait for them it just feels a little bit like payback time
