Exige V6 Cup Track/race Versions

Anyone else looked at the official order form for the Cup versions of the Exige V6?

 

Sequential gearbox is an option on the Race version only and it clearly states "Not for use on the road"???

 

Does anyone know why?

 

Apart from the price a little under 15K

Darryl, i would like an order form and also the money to buy one Dont bother speccing the sequential box it will be a high maintenance item. Make do with the standard box.

Road use validation could be expensive and lotus may be not have such budget.

 

If you want a sequential gearbox, bourquier in France (who won the lotus cup) has developed one for exige s2 and 2-11
