Hi all,
simple really,
I have a couple of hundred quid to spend, car is an S2 111s 2004 k series
I live in centre of Nottingham, want to drive the car to a garage hand over the money and car,
a couple of hours later drive car home with new exhaust fitted,
don't want exhaust to loud just better than the standard I have on now.

I think you will have to up your budget !!!

DeanB has just had a new single exit pipe ( lighter weight ) back box fitted and it sounds very nice, its relatively quite at low rpm and has a lurvly tune higher up the revs.

Not sure where he got it from though ?

thanks for the replies, don't mind upping the budget, main thing is looking for somewhere that is farely local that can do the job.
as I say, drop off ,hand over dollar, pick up, drive off.

Locally there are a number of specialists. Many are sponsors or advertise on here. All will fit an exhaust. The difficult bit is choosing which zorst you want as there are loads about.

ok ill have a look at the adverts on here, would have liked to have gone to a monthly meet to have a listen at a few.

I ordered mine over the phone from Hangar 111, had it delivered to Unit4 at Burton, drove there, gave Gav some dosh (not a lot) and waited an hour while he fitted it. Simples.
Mine is the Superlight, which is loads lighter than the standard one I took off. It sounds burbly and nice, but not too loud. Looks nicely made too. I am happy with it. If you can be arsed to drive to farnsfield you can have a listen.

I looked at 2bular and Eliseparts as well, and they both looked good. It was the weight thing that determined it in the end, although I believe they are pretty light too.
