pjohn151 Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 Well it would appear that they will no longer be Lotus dealers from the end of the month. Just had my Europa S serviced there, and was very happy with what they did, especially the price.
Mark H Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 Its a shame but cant say I'm surprised, especially after they didn't get the latest Exige in. At least when Richard was there they had some momentum, used to give me a call about new things happening, not heard anything from them since he left.
MrSimba Posted June 22, 2012 Posted June 22, 2012 Same here bought a brand new Elise SC off them through Richard and he was a great guy, used to ring me up and say 'got the new Evora in, you want one for the morning?'!!! Since Richard left heard nothing at all from them not even the odd bit of mail with offers ect, still get that from Peugeot and I've not had one of them since 2003! Can't say I'm surprised if they've stopped retailing Lotus from Stourbridge as when Richard left it seems any passion for the Lotus brand left with him
Podger Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I suggest with Stratstone ceasing to be a Lotus dealer, that members start using Paul Matty Sportscars in Bromsgrove, who offer an excellant service, from expert staff with a wealth of Lotus knowledge PMS hourly rate is cheaper than Stratstone, and I suggest a more personal service IMHO .
