I bought my Evora from Lotus Silverstone recently. Aimee made the buying experience a real pleasure, and the whole team did a great job sorting out my list of niggles, and fitting a sports exhaust and de-cat. Where any problems came up, they really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy.

 

I'll certainly be using them in the future and recommended them wholeheartedly.

Very poor at responding to telephone and/or emails

Hello

 

After a face to face chat with Aimee it has transpired that issue with emails is not that they are not being sent but my Exchange email server is identifying them as SPAM with the highest mark so they are being automatically deleted. Have had to add lotussilverstone.co.uk as a "Bypassed Sender" within SPAM filters to allow all such emails to be seen by my Outlook. Aimee reports that this also seems to be happening to other people so she is going to speak to her IT team.

Hello

 

My Elise 2014 1.6 car went in for its 1st Running In service and upgrade including Stage 1 Exhaust / Air Box and Cruise Control.

 

The Stage 1 Exhaust / Air Box has transformed the car and is well worth the cost.
