daves2111s Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 Had a good experience at Stratstone in Lye a week or so ago. New AD07's all round. Nice job done.... balancing spot on. Price was pretty good and nice to be know the guys doing the job new what they were doing. Took quite a long time (not Kwick Fit ;-)) but if a job is worth doing as they say! Nice to be able to spend some time in the Lotus show room talking new models too. Had a good look around the Evoras Would I recommend them......yes!
Robo Elise Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 Can I just say that if you are considering buying or having your Lotus serviced you cannot beat the service at Stratstone Leicester. I have just bought a Lotus Elise from Andy who is one of the salesman there. I have had a couple of teething problems and the back up has been second to none. I have had numerous cars over the years but this is the best customer service I have ever had yet.

Sorted the Exige out last minute with a much overdue MOT (its always the innocent ones on the road that you least expect with these things lol) Thanks to Ian in service as always, the loan of Lola the yellow Mini was much appreciated and just another example of you guys doing that extra bit to help out.

A great guy to deal with, his passion and enthusiasm for the Lotus brand is great to see as is the care and attention to detail he takes with his work I'd highly recommend him and the service team based on my recent visits there.

Looking at what you drive, I may have been having a nose around your former car yesterday? Giving some thought to the future and an Elise SC may tick some boxes!!
Dizzy Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 Picked up new Elise from Andy, Mark And Matt. All great to deal with, no pressure selling, Andy knows what he is talking about. I enjoyed every minute there, also great butty van there.
