How Do You Embed A Video

Can anyone tell me how I can inbed (I believe is the expression) a video in a blog entry? Off mac gallery and not youtube.

Right, so now I have uploaded it on youtube, now what?

You should just be able to put the link in between those tags I posted above.

Just to add that you can also use the media button and enter the url into that, the button is:

 

 

You will see it displayed in the text editor used to enter your post.
